MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT MINISTRY

Who we are:
Married couples.

What we do:
Through fellowship, support, and encouragement, we seek to enrich the lives of married couples of Pilgrim Baptist Church

MEN’S MINISTRY

Bro. Frank Terry, President

Who we are:
Men of Pilgrim willing to work for the cause of Christ in the ongoing work of the Church.
What we do:
Bring the men of Pilgrim together on one accord for all programs, encourage men to participate in fellowship and study of Gods Word, and execute enrichment programs to edify the Body of Christ.

MISSIONARY MINISTRY

Sister Pauline Smith, President

Who we are:
All members are welcome.
What we do:
Bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who don’t know Him as their Lord and Savior. Assist those in distress, provide companionship to the elderly, feed the hungry and coordinate clothing give-aways. Missionary work knows no limits territorially, ethnically, etc.

MOTORCYCLE MINISTRY

Chair: Willie Gill

Who We Are:
Members of Pilgrim who wish to fellowship through a common interest in motorcycles.

What We Do:
The Ministry meets once a month during riding season; we bring people together with pleasing personalities, and by praising God daily and putting Him first in our lives. We set the example for our churches and the general public that motorcyclists are dedicated, law abiding, and productive citizens. We support religious and charitable programs, and support young citizens in their journey to adulthood.

NEW MEMBERS MINISTRY

Who we are:
Pastor Porter, Associate Ministers, Deacons and Deaconess.
What we do:
Provide new members with information needed to make their pilgrimage a fuelling one.

NURSES MINISTRY

Who we are:
Trained Volunteers.
What we do:
Provide emergency and temporary medical care to an individual in need during church services, funerals, etc.

PILGRIM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Volunteers of the congregation.
What we do:
Not-for-Profit Corporation designed to improve the social economic, educational and recreational conditions of the community of Red Bank and beyond.

PILGRIM GOLF CLASSIC

Who we are:
Volunteers from congregation and community.
What we do:
Sponsor an annual golf event for the purpose of fellowship and to raise financial support for the church's community outreach initiatives, special events and scholarships.

PUBLICITY MINISTRY

Leadership By Committee

Who we are:
Christians striving to live a life centered on Jesus so we may serve others by bringing an awareness of all church ministries and activities using our God given gifts. We support the publications and outreach notifications of all Pilgrim church ministries and events.
What we do:
Provide media coverage of all church events through the use of flyers, brochures, newspapers, radio and/or cable television; prepare programs and bulletins for all church ministries and events; keep information of all church activities public for all members and the community through the website, directories, etc.
